The car buying experience was the best I have ever had. Our salesperson, Jason Eden, together with GM, Larry Sevrin, did everything to make the experience the most pleasant it could be. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the Q5, its features and functionality. He was 'no-pressure,' but answered all of our questions and explained everything calmly and confidently. We quickly agreed on a fair price and left with smiles on our faces. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking at Audi.

They're always kind and courteous. I recommend them. They are a little expensive. However, they have given us loaner cars when we need it.

There was no charge for the service. Upon arriving at Rockville Audi for my scheduled appointment, I was not greeted, and had to stand in line for help. The service took about 30 minutes longer than expected and I was not told of the delay until the time the work was supposed to have been completed. The service itself was performed well.

Courteous and professional. Drove me to work and picked me up. A little more expensive than I hoped, but not egregious.

We both like to use Rockville Audi for car repairs. I was surprised when I brought my car in for a problem and there was an extended warranty that was still good on a part I needed. It would have cost me a lot of money without that warranty. They said Audi's were known for this problem, so they put a warranty in place. We get regular maintenance there as well. They're very professional. If I go up there without an appointment and they can't finish my car that day, they'll give you a loaner car at no extra charge. So, that's great.

I scheduled an appointment by phone, was taken promptly, and the service adviser informed me within an hour about the need for an extended time to repair the vehicle, since I had planned to wait at the dealership. I was given a ride home, and they called after extensive repair about 6 hours later. The car runs fine and the oil leak problem is fixed. No complaints now or on previous services.

Overall, not too bad if you have time to wait and deep pockets. The check engine light has not come back on, so my fingers remain crossed. I delivered my car approximately 0730, but did not get a phone call at all on that day. I did try several times to call, but no one ever called me back. I was trying to determine if I needed to cancel my ride back to the dealership. Finally, at 1630 my call was answered and I found out the car would not be ready until the next day. Although the car seems to have been fixed, the charge for the part was very high. I have since found the exact part for less than half!

Car stolen while in for warranty repair. Made me claim on MY insurance then refused to pay forcing my insurer to litigate. Never again.

The work was completed the same day with no extras beyond the basic inspection fee. In the past, our experience with other providers has been that the Maryland inspection for a used car from another state has been an excuse to do unnecessary work that may actually leave the car in worse shape that when it was brought in. This car was Porsche-certified, so there was not much room to play that game. But this provider made no such attempt.

Their service is terrific. They were very quick and did what I expected them to do. They were actually below the estimate. Any kind of work on Porsche is absurdly expensive but they are sometimes reasonable too. I would use their services in the future too without any questions.

I had heard some negative reviews of others, so I decided to go with Rockville Porsche. They did what they said they would, and did a very nice job.

We took our 2004 Audi in to replace a brake light and to have the car undergo the 35,000 mile manufacturer recommended inspection and maintenance. We brought the car in the evening before our appointment day and described our needs to one of the "service consultants". The next morning, we missed a call from our "service consultant" and spent the rest of the day trying to get in touch with him. We called his number several times and left messages with his co-workers but never received a return call. When we showed up in the afternoon to pick up the car as was the original plan, our service consultant was not at his desk, so we tried to find out about the status of the car from another service consultant. He told to wait for our assigned service consultant. When he finally showed up, he told us that we had an engine oil leak and that we should have all the valve covers replaced. This would cost about 700 dollars, and would take about two hours of additional work. We were skeptical about whether this work was necessary since we did not have a problem with the oil level before we brought the car in. Also, the way the "service consultants" don't cover for each other to help the customer made it seem like they were individual salesmen, working to get commissions for convincing you to get extra work that you don't need. If the car does need its valve covers replaced, I will not be buying another Audi. I have a 14 year old Toyota that has not needed this kind of work of work yet, and this Audi replaced a 20 year old Toyota that never needed this kind of work.

They are a big Audi dealership but I had a very disappointing experience with them. We ended up having to sell my car because they were insisting that I keep putting money into a problem that they didn’t fix in the first place. Initially, I had the car checked out at an independent shop, and they diagnosed that the alternator was giving out the correct current. Everything was working right but the battery died, and it was too new a battery to have died on its own. They advised me that there were more sophisticated electrical problems than what they were capable of handling. They recommended that I take it to an Audi specialist or the dealer, and so, I took it to Rockville Audi. I have had significant history with them with the car, with fairly positive experiences, which were expensive and yet fine. When they diagnosed it, they asked me to go ahead and replace the alternator, which was a very expensive job, and it cost me about $1100. I picked the car up and immediately it died on me. I brought it back, and because there was a non-factory battery, they suggested that I replace the battery, which I did. Within a couple of days, the battery died again. They suggested that I bring it back in. They advised me that they would have to test the alternator next, and then the motor, and so on. It was plain that I was already $1250 into a repair that had no real forecast for getting fixed properly. I eventually decided to sell the car and end it there because they were reluctant, if not completely against the idea of refunding or at least crediting me anything for a repair that didn’t seem necessary. It was just a very unpleasant experience. I ultimately told them that I was willing to trade in the car to buy a new Audi there and they were even reluctant on that. I am so disappointed with them that I am definitely not going back.

They did a wonderful job on the car. They were very through and very concerned with following up after the purchase of the car to make sure my car is in tip-top shape. I didn't have to pay anything for it because it's still under warranty. I like how detail oriented they are, because then you know they'll keep your car running perfectly.
