They were terrible. It's been three and a half years since they finished the job and we are still finding things that are not right. The price is a little inflated because we purchased several appliances that they installed and that is included in the overall price. The quality of the work is extremely poor. Norm, the guy who runs the organization, is a really nice guy. He is very friendly and responsive. I would say he needs to understand the difference between poor work and good work. There were many things that I called him back to fix and they were actually worse the second time. And, he didn't seem to understand the problem. They get a lot of business because they are inexpensive.
