Pyramid did an excellent job. The workers were highly professional. They remodeled my bathroom the way I wanted it.

The house looks completely new. My wife is in love with the kitchen and bathroom, and now says she never wants to move out, and wants to grow old here. Everyone who walked in was wowed by the work finish and quality. People commented the $13k kitchen (plus $5k new appliances) itself looks like a $30K kitchen. The $15K luxurious dream bathroom looks way more expensive than it actually is. The contractor has an excellent team, more specifically he has an excellent electrician, a plumber and a tile guy, and several all purpose guys (drywall, patching, painting etc) working for him. The reasons he is recommended by a lot of people are as follows:
1. The contractor is mild mannered, and so are all the people working for him. Everyone whom I recommended him liked him.
2. He never says 'no, can't be done'. He always listens to what the customer has to say, and pays attention to fulfill his/her needs.
3. In the process of a complicated project, there are always challenges that show up, the contractor always has a 'plan B' up his sleeves.
4. The workmanship is great, the people who do the job are really hard working. For example, if you just take a small plumbing work, you can tell right away this is different from any other work you have seen before, always very neatly done.
5. The contractor has separate teams specialized in different areas, ranging from showers, tiles, kitchen, flooring, plumbing, electric etc.
