We have come to expect excellence from the servers at PBS, and were not disappointed. The bartender was professional, courteous, knowledgable about food and drinks and the whole evening went smoothly, from plating the buffet items, serving drinks, refilling platters, washing up to the last wine glass. PBS takes the stress out of entertaining!

We had an open house with about 20 guests and Laura was a terrific help. She plated/garnished all the buffet items and got the drinks ready. Once the guests arrived she took coats and offered each guest a drink. Throughout the party, she quietly replenished the buffet items and circulated with champagne, wine and other drinks. Our friends were quite impressed with the service, and we were delighted. Once the event was over, all the leftovers were put away, platters and glasses washed. Laura was a delight and made our party smooth and fun!

The PBS bartender Joel was phenomenal. We went through PBS as a recommendation from friends (Jodi and Kevin McDermott) who goes through PBS for their annual Christmas party. Honestly, my husband (it was his 50th bday) had a great time and so did I and all of our friends and family. Joel was early so A+ on prompt, professional, friendly, served great drinks and did an amazing job (very efficient on clean up as well).

Hiring help for my party was the best money I ever spent!!!! The server that PBS sent out to my home was Von!! I actually got to enjoy my guests and Von worked non-stop the whole time! He took care of everything that I wasn’t able to get done prior to his arrival and took Initiative on what needed to be done at the moment during the party!! I would highly recommend this service for any size party. Based on all the information I gave they told me how much time would be needed and how many Servers would be required.

Chris and Maya were an excellent team who helped with set up and take down and were on top of all aspects of the food and drink preparation and serving. We provided the alcohol (based on care commendations by the staff) and the food . They were very professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

Have used PBS twice in the last 2 weeks to help with dinner parties.  They are wonderful to work with and always do a fantastic job.  From the moment they get there to when the party is over, they take care of everything so that I can relax and enjoy the party and my guest.  I highly recommend then.

Wildly exceeded my expectations!

The party was totally awesome. Our friends loved the punch that Dave made. It didn't seem strong because it was fruity, but if you had a few of them, you were a little tipsy. I totally recommend PBS if you are looking for a bartender or a server.

This was a highly professional operation and the servers, David Osborn and Myrta Valencia, were personable and highly competent.  They were performing multiple functions and did so smoothly and quietly.  They were also flexible when the bridal group/party got caught in traffic and arrived almost an hour late to the rehearsal dinner (50 people) being held at our house.  They stayed until the last guest left.  The kitchen and house were spotless.  I would highly recommend them and definitely plan to use them again.  I made these arrangements on very short notice (less than a week) and they were accommodating and able to meet my needs.  I would recommend making arrangements earlier.  I was just lucky in this respect.

We first used this company for our Christmas Party.  It was AMAZING.  We typically spend the evening running around making drinks, picking up plates, restocking & cooking food and hanging up coats.  They took care of all of it for us and we were able to enjoy the party.  We just used them again for a smaller Birthday Party and it was great.

PBS's response to my request was very quick. The person who came for the  event did a great job. She was professional, very polite and was a great help throughout the evening. This is the second time I used PBS and I will surly use them again in the future.

This past Christmas was our third year to use Professional Bartenders and Servers to help with our annual Christmas Open House.  Their job was to keep the finger food buffet serving platters and chafing dishes full and the self serve beverage area stocked.  The first year (2012), Justin arrived and was so great, we requested him again in 2013.  Once again, he was totally awesome and the rave reviews from our guests continued.  This past Christmas, we were fortunate enough to be able to get Justin again, however, the night before our event, we received an email from Debbie who informed me that Justin was ill and would not be able to help with our open house.  However, Debbie said they would be sending a replacement...enter Filipe.  Filipe, like Justin, was a perfect fit, very professional and efficient, and totally warm and welcoming to our guests.  He, like Justin, received major kudos from our guest and we were delighted to have him.  Now I have two "favorites" at Professional Bartenders and Servers...and I have no doubt that this caliber of professional help is the standard at Professional Bartenders and Servers.  To emphasize the attention to detail and customer service focus, I also received a phone call from Justin, expressing his regret that he had to cancel the day before and to assure me that we would be well taken care of...he was right on!

One of the bartenders greeted guests and took coats. He also helped a lot with the food service and anything else that needed to be done.
The other bartender mostly tended the bar (50 people) but was helpful in other ways too.
The even washed dinner dishes before they left.
I have used them before and I will definitely use them again.
I think they are the best.

Margaret, the bartender, did a terrific job making sure all guests had drinks, including the hosts, and helped out with food service and clean up when needed.  Myrta worked hard in the kitchen and did a fine job of tray service and clean up.  Was very pleased with the services received and both servers were wonderful (no  breakage of china or stemware).  It was nice to wake up the next morning and have everything clean and put away.  

Have used PBS before with similar success.  Highly recommended!

We have used PBS a couple times in the past year and a half and have been very pleased. Our bartender, Jody, has always been friendly, very helpful and professional the two times we have used her. Our bars were only simple setups (wine, beer, sodas and maybe a specialty drink or two during our events), but our bartender was also great at watching the food table and making sure that empty serving dishes were replaced, cups and trash were removed quickly, wine glasses were all washed at the end of the night, leftovers were wrapped and refrigerated, etc. I would highly recommend their service - makes entertaining so much easier!

The bartenders were outstanding!

I have used them numerous times for various events and always very professional. They pitch in whenever and where ever necessary. They will alert you to a possible problem and solve it. Very good.

Laura was extremely prompt and responsive from the initial email contact. On the night, the bartender and server arrived right on time (a few minutes early, in fact) for the set-up. They provided a professional and elegant bar area and helped us figure out the best configuration for our living room/dining room area. The break-down at the end of the evening was super-fast and easy. Highly recommended.

We had an awesome experience with PBS! Laura responded to emails to set up services quickly and professionally. Jamie arrived for our event before the agreed upon time and sprang into action. Everyone at our party was so impressed by him! He was so efficient and professional. He made the night so much more relaxing for my husband and I as the hosts. He also did an amazing job at cleaning up!

Outstanding! I planned a huge Open House Retirement Party for my husband. I contacted PBS early in the year to get on their calendar. I was a little skeptical at first because every time I called they referred me to the website - but once they had my details they were very hands on. My first thanks go to Laura who worked with me along the way to tailor my needs and calm my fears. She really helped me determine how much alcohol to have on hand and just made herself available to me along the way.
On the day of my party - Andy and Miguel showed up a few minutes earlier than planned (always appreciated), sent me away so I could finish getting dressed and whipped my basement into a fancy bar in no time at all. I had originally planned this event for outdoors - but after days of relentless heat and rain, I decided to have it in the basement. No problem for them - they worked well within my space and made everything look soooo inviting! Great personalities, friendly and you could tell they do this all of the time. They went throughout the house and disposed of glasses and plates and kept everything looking neat and clean. Everyone commented on the bar staff and I was able to really enjoy my party. I did not have to do a thing. When it was time for them to go - they set up the beverages so the guests could continue to and quot;self-serveand quot;, cleaned up the area, and headed out the door with my most sincere thanks!
I estimate there were between 80 and 100 people over the course of 4 hours. I would not hesitate to contact PBS in the future. they were worth every penny!

Had a wonderful experience on two separate occasions this past year - they were on time, friendly, professional and efficient. PBS helped us with two similar dinner parties - full bar, passed appetizers and dinner buffet. They not only helped us enjoy our own party, they also cleaned up afterwards and left me with very little to do ! I would recommend them any time.

Excellent in all respects, from the initial contact, to the response proposal, to follow-up questions/emails, to the bartender herself (Jody). Jody arrived right on schedule and, after a brief overview of the event, location of necessary items, etc., she jumped right in, setting everything up and serving the guests. She kept the bar area neat and organized, and cleaned up at the end. Not afraid to ask questions, very engaging.
