Alex was wonderful! Respectful and on time and very helpful by explaining the whole precess to me. He had to do some extra things that were not in the original contract but only charged me the original estimate. I highly recommend him for any tv issues i.e. connection with internet, cable needs, creating good reception in town houses where tv is several floors away from internet connection box.

Work was done efficiently and on schedule. Communication was good. Price was very fair.

I selected Poseidon Systems because of a review in Yelp. Someone had commented that Alex, the principal of the company, provided ideas about completing a job that simplified things, and suggested that the homeowner could complete the work himself, without engaging Poseidon. I had the same experience. When I called asking about installing a security system, Alex suggested nest.com, explained how Nest security worked and said it was probably something I could do on my own. Because the house is not in the city I live in, I hired Poseidon. I dealt directly with Alex. He is very smart, easy to contact, and responds quickly to email or phone. I run an IT group in a medical center and have an engineering background, so I know about home electronics. Poseidon is top notch and very reasonably priced. I didn't have time to get involved in the details. Alex completed the entire nest.com install (hardware, software, and configuration) for a very reasonable price.

Wow! Poseidon Systems, was amazing at understanding the requirements of our project, arriving in a timely fashion, meeting our business needs, and interacting in a professional and perceptive manner. We hired him to integrate a small business computer network. All computers are now linked just as we wanted them to be, including hard wiring between offices. It's rare to find a company that hits all the high notes; Poseidon definitely delivers. I highly recommend this company.

New construction house which was minimally wired presented some serious challenges for us - all low voltage cables were unfinished, cable jacks in the wrong location, no network cables where the computers and DVRs would be, etc.  We wanted someone experienced in working carefully to ensure everything would be concealed in wall.  In addition, we have a fairly high end dedicated home theater which we needed in wall speakers for surrounds and B+W fronts, center on stands and rears wall mounted. Poseidon came out a performed an assessment, were on the job with quick turnaround and worked overtime to get us up and running and settled into our new home (at least from an AV standpoint, because who really needs anything else???)

We are baby-proofing our home and mounting the flat screen TV was on the list of to-dos.  I did my research, and the price quoted by Poseidon was competitive with the other companies that I called.  What made me go with Poseidon was the responsiveness of Alex.  He answered my questions promptly, and asked for pictures of the TV and the space to get an idea of what we needed.  Over the course of e-mails and texts, we figured out the scope of the work, and Alex came to install the TV two days after.  The mount that he had was too small for our TV, so he left to obtain the right-size one.  Overall, the experience was easy and pleasant, and I would call Poseidon again if we need further work from them.

This was somewhat of a rush job and Poseidon System was able to accommodate my schedule.  And at a very reasonable price.
