There were the usual ups and downs--some unexpected--but in general we were pleased with the service received from Tim and his team. We had to leave town before the final settlement to drive to our new home in Colorado but Ms Siegel and Tim led us through the final steps. The transfer of funds was handled electronically by Ms. Liz Shepard and her assistant, Ms. Megan Shea, of the D.C. office of Merrill Lynch. Mr. Horst and his team cleared up various odds and ends after we were gone. While we were going through the trauma of buying a new home in CO we knew we were in the hands of professionals back in Chevy Chase.

I worked with Ken Bowers. He was there every step of the way getting the house ready and putting the house on the market. He gave suggestions on how do get things done in a short amount of time. He did a superb job in reviewing bids for the house. He did his best to find a good buyer. He did a great job on the bargaining back and forth between buyers and seller.
