Nite Lites

Was told it would take at least three weeks for someone to stop by to provide one. Then at 2 am owner writes saying tech will be by that morning at 10 am. Informed owner I couldn't be there. Tech came anyhow and owner emailed requesting garage code to complete fix. Asked again what estimate was, owner informed me they had made repairs. Replaced bulbs. Asked for old bulbs. Doesn't have them. No idea how much this cost me--still in disagreement with owner over repairs at all and no cost. I didn't want bulbs. I wanted an estimate to modernize system.

I was given Nite Lites name from our local neighborhood list-serve. I called Constantine and he came over within a few days. I explained what we wanted as far as our lights in the backyard. He spent a half hour explaining different options and suggested the least expensive option. He suggested that we change the existing lights we had on our outside patio, which would light the backyard enough to satisfy our needs. He had one of them changed within the hour for us to use for a few days to see if we thought it would work. We liked it, I contacted him to do the other two lights and it was done the following day.

Nobody could find the right part, they did in record time,and now we have our lights working again...yay!

Constantine had some wonderful suggestions. The entire process was a wonderful experience.

Excellent service, came back and corrected to make adjustments. Substantially less $ than other companies.
