Nick DiBattista and his 2 man crew responded very swiftly to my call regarding plumbing repairs after a seperate contractor "completed" the project with very poor results and in an incomplete state. The professionalism, politeness and quality of work done is the best in the business and exactly what anyone should expect from a high end plumber. With very reasonable pricing, quick responsiveness and a standard that is industry leading, I highly recommend using Nick DiBattista Plumbing.

Although the estimate had been higher based on possibly a full-days work, the final bill was $370.50 at $85.00 per hour for the plumber (3.5 hours of pretty intensive work) and $73 for parts. I supplied the assembly.

Based on having used them 3 times now with lower pricing (compared to larger companies) and absolutely no problems (compared to one other plumber where parts kept breaking and work stretching out) I can definitely recommend them. Kevin, the plumber who has come out the last 2 times, seems to be an employee. He's worked for Nick for years, which is a positive sign. Darlene, the owner's wife, was helpful in recommending what brand to buy and not to buy plus will special order fixtures that you pick out on the internet.

I had a leak in my toiletcaused by break in the porcelain. It could have been fixed by epoxy or replace whole toilet. I replaced it, and was extremely pleased with Nick's suggested fixture. The price was very reasonable for what I asked for, and the replacement was made without delay. I have been dealing with Nick for over 11 years, and have always been pleased.

We have used their services about three or four time. They are friendly, they answer the phones, they call you back, and they get out quickly. They are not expensive and are honest.
