Murphy's has cared for my seeding and mowing for 5+ years and they have done a terrific job on the few occasions I have had them trim and mulch our front bushes and trees. The owner is very friendly, easily accessible and quick to solve the occasional billing snafu. If you want to support a locally owned and operated lawn-care business I would recommend you give Murphy's Lawn Service a shot!

The company keeps trying to charge me. Doesn't keep a proper record of invoices and he may try to charge for services not rendered or charge twice for the same service.

"Mr. Christopher K. [Consumer name withheld at their request], I asked you several times to mail me a copy of the cancel checks you supposedly paid me! I will be glad to credit you if those payments if they came in back to your account :) When will I receive them? If I don't hear back I guess you leave me no other choice to fill a lawsuit and suit for slander. You gave me a rating of 5 before in July 2018 and now Jan 9 2019 you changed them because I'm asking to get paid !!! I already have copies of your old ratings which will make it easy to win a slander case against you! I'm sure I will never see the $210.00 plus damages since I found out Mr. HERMAN owns the property and you're a tenant. I have been in business since 1990 nd never had anyone ever slander my company! But if you don't correct this and settle up you leave me no other choice! I expect to be paid for services rendered!"
