Push mower was dropped off because it would not start and we requested the problem be fixed and a tune-up completed.  Only the tune-up was completed as it started once that was done.  However, within 10 minutes of using mower at home, it stopped working and would not start again.  Took to another mechanic and the carburetor needed to be replaced, but this was not identified as an issue at the time of service.  Since other provider repaired, we have had no further issues.
Thankfully, we were only charged for the tune-up and not for a repair, though it was requested at time of service.

Guys were very professional and friendly. Back-ordered part delayed completion of the repair for several weeks. I didn't receive a call about the delay, but when I contacted them they provided a full explanation. I was called promptly when the machine was fixed.
Price was reasonable and the guys even offered to load it on my truck.

I have a Yard Machine brand lawn mower, that is still under warranty. This is the only warranty service provider in my area. Despite the mower having problems for several months finally resulting in it not starting, this shop refused to provide warranty service. The repair person stated the problem was caused because some messed with the thermostat settings, something I did not do. I do not even know where the thermostat was. I had removed the cover on the mower looking for the air filter and that was the only thing I touch, besides replacing the spark plug and the oil. They did fix the mower. The cost was a flat fee of $74.95.

Our neighbors referred them to us and they were very easy to work with. They came to do the work pretty early and explained everything that we needed to have done. They also cleaned up after themselves.

They did the work fine. They took 3 1/2 week, promised 2 weeks, took a $67 deposit, said they would call if it was more. I got a $100.00 final bill. A fair price but I should have been called.
