Move Exp

Perhaps the worst movers I have ever used.  Found this company on uShip (http://www.uship.com/profile/MCarrier/) and they placed the lowest bid.  Had decent reviews.  However turns out their services were terrible.

1)  Price - Lowest bid - but you get what you paid for - which is BAD service as described below.

2)  Quality - Two large decorative items which were wrapped in bubble wrap and blankets were damaged.  One was a large ceramic item was crushed beyond repair and the other was a wooden item which a piece was broken off and subsequently PACKED back into the blanket.  Upon delivery discovered an end table and lamp were missing in the shipment.  After further unpacking discovered two boxes missing completely.

3)  Responsiveness/Punctuality/Professionalism -  All were terrible!  The initial pick-up of goods was scheduled for one time-frame and subsequently rescheduled 3-5 times over the course of 3 days.  The mover would fail to arrive for the prescribed pick-up window and not bother to communicate they were delayed or provide any information on when they were planning on picking up the goods.  Good were eventually pick-up and an estimated date of arrival was given for 5-6 days for arrival.  Goods arrived 5 days late (10 days after initial estimate given).  Again,  mover was unable to make the timeframe THEY scheduled and was 3 hours late.  Upon delivery goods were in poor condition and missing (see above).
