MONTGOMERY VILLAGE FLORISTS

My niece tried to call them. No one was answering their phone. She also emailed them and they didn't respond to that either. The florist was right around the corner from where she works. She decided since they weren't responding by email or phone, she decided to stop in. She said the man was very nasty and rude. I called the florist to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I placed two orders, one for my niece with balloons and candy and the second for a dish garden. I wanted it to be at least eight inches across the top and done in a red ceramic dish if possible. What she got was a brown planter. There were three different plants, two had brown leaves. There was no flower in there. There were two mylar balloons saying, "Happy birthday!" instead of, "Happy Valentine's Day!" One card was sent to both of them.
