Terrible - From start to finish. Everyone for the most part had no clue and were unorganized, except for Maria, she was great. They wanted to proceed in signing all transfer documents without having a legitimate sales contract, without neccessary addenda, etc. It absolutely boggles my mind how companies can do business like this. They were pushy and rude on the telephone and in person with their requests, which were usually ridiculous requests that had either already been filled, or were unneccessary. The actual settlement lasted over 5 hours for no reason other than their disorganization.
