MEGA MOVERS

It went terribly.  They were supposed to show and move us between 1-5 on 11/25/2014.  They then told my husband they would come by 2 pm.  He waited another couple of hours, and called them repeatedly.  They did not answer the phone.  We were left stranded.  Our realtor called them and they did respond to him, then at some point said they'd come to move us at 9 p.m.  They never showed up and never called.  I intend to write to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.  This was 2 days before Thanksgiving, we were utterly trusting and dependent on them, and we have never mistreated a soul.  Shame on them.  They apparently got another job at the last minute that was more lucrative, and all they could tell our realtor was they were sorry.
We were in a terrible bind and my husband became very ill with blood pressure problems due to the stress and abandonment.  They should lose whatever license they have to conduct this business.
They are selfish, non-responsive, disorganized, and plain unprofessional in the extreme.  I hope no other trusting person would come near this operation.
