It was a pleasant experience overall. Tom and his crew were on-time and finished the job on schedule. They were neat and respecful of my home.

We are so pleased with the work that Tom and Edison did for us. We have absolutely no complaints except that we wish we had more work for him. Both men were pleasant, punctual, neat, hardworking and eager to please. They always arrived to our home at the exact hour that they told us they would, cleaned up any mess that was made during the repair process, offered alternative methods of repair when feasible. We trust Tom and his helpers. Plus, when we needed roof and carpet repairs, he contacted the "right" people to assist him with the repairs. All were honest and trustworthy while fairly priced. We were very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of McIntyre Home Improvement. The main project which took 3 days to complete was to remove the front portico, rotten wood and more. Then, he replaced everything and added new columns. Trim, molding, dental molding and the entire portico is perfect!! Much better than the builder ever did!! The only problem that we have is that Tom may get so busy, that we'll have to wait weeks for him to come back. That wouldn't be such a bad thing though...McIntyre Home Improvement is worth the wait!!!
