We have been with this service for years now. WONDERFUL! At one point we switched to a national chain as a “precaution” during covid just assuming (Wrongly) that a national chain would have stricter company policies regarding Covid precautions than a local business- I reasoned that they would be able to afford costly changes and would have more infrastructure to implement. That was a joke! The OTHER service (not Mayflower) spent far less time, were far less thorough, charged MORE, and didn’t even follow their own stated precautions! When they left, we could hardly tell the house had been cleaned other than the basics. So much for all their fancy advertising and website- don’t be fooled by fancy name brands. Mayflower, locally owned, is meticulous. The team is professional, meticulous, and lovely in personalities. The difference between their work and the national chain I tried was huge. I bask in how clean my home is when they leave. They do every detail and go the extra mile. We sure missed them during our covid hiatus. They were willing to accommodate our personal preferences (using our mops, wearing shoe covers I provide), and Kirk was totally upfront about precautions unlike the other place where the website stated one thing and the local implementation was different. We are thankful to have them! Go with Mayflower!!!

We use them every other week.  I'd give them all "A's".  I've been using them for a year.

The team from Mayflower came for a deep clean on the first visit, and really got into all the nooks and crannies. Since then, they have performed the bi-weekly cleanings thoroughly and efficiently.

They are prompt, courteous, and efficient. They spend more time than a previous service I used, because they do a better job!

I have never come across a company that provided such consistently excellent service.  Our house is always perfectly clean after the cleaning team leaves.  The team members have changed over the years we have used the company, but the quality and consistency remains the same.  The price seems good to me!

The clean EVERYTHING - baseboards, ceiling corners, shower grout.  Our house is sparkling after they come, and the service is consistently excellent.  I've used other services in the past where the first cleaning goes well, and then then the quality declines.  The owner is always responsive to my emails, and very accommodating.  The price is right. 

I have a team of 3 ladies thant are very professinal and thorough.  They are friendly and courteous and very much appreciated!
