It is rare that a company exceeds my expectations but Ivan and his excellent team were by far, the BEST company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. 100%! I had a leak in my basement with dirty water only a month after moving in. They came right away, explained everything, were quick AND thorough, and made a horrible frustrating situation bare-able. I wish they did more than disaster recovery, I would use them for everything if I could. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about them. We had our basement tested for mold and discovered we had a very serious mold problem. We had levels 50 times higher than normal. With levels that high, we were concerned about our health and anxious to get the mold out. The gentleman who tested for mold recommended MasterPro Disaster Recovery to eliminate the mold problem. We followed his recommendation and contacted MasterPro. Ivan and his crew did an outstanding job and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Ivan was very customer friendly and made every effort to accommodate our needs. The work was done quickly and efficiently in late December of 2018. Masterpro was able to come out right away, give us a free estimate, and do the work the following day. The crew that did the work was the family that owns the business, and included one of the people that had given the estimate to supervise them. They were incredibly neat and clean doing the work which included pulling a wet, unsalvageable piece of carpet out of the basement and removing through the upstairs - no mess at all. They were a pleasure to do business with and we have already arranged for them to come back to look into another mold issue in the upstairs.
