Furniture - Sales
This whole experience was a nightmare! My delivery was scheduled, and I even got a confirmation call the afternoon before. However, on the day of delivery I got a call at 8am telling me that the furniture was not in the warehouse and that my delivery was canceled. I rescheduled 3 more times and the same thing happened (confirmation the afternoon before with cancellation that morning). After this the delivery department refused to schedule another delivery because of all the issues and I was asked to go back to the sales department. However, their phone system is awful and I was unable to reach anyone in sales so I had to drive back to the store, explain the situation, and have them schedule another delivery. Of course this delivery was also canceled in the same manner. It took a total of 2 months, 5 delivery cancellations, and 3 trips to the Rockville store just to get my furniture. What a headache!
