House Cleaning
The owner, MALIK, never followed through with the appropriate communication to myself and his employee (cleaner) regarding the specific services being performed. We used this company 3 times, hoping for consistency with our house cleaning; generously tipping this cleaning person. On the first visit, Nina missed an entire bedroom; second visit forgot to clean the basement (with out of town guests arriving); third visit this girl, Nina, was playing loud music with loud singing and horrible coughing. She came to our home sick. After I offered her Mucinex, she stopped coughing, kept the loud singing going, and we asked her to quiet down; since my husband is a lawyer and was trying to conduct business in his home office. It was the second time we had to ask her to lower the loud music. In this third visit, none of the floors were done. MALIK quickly cashed our check! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a 5th rate agency that should be out of business!
