Mel was always punctual. He was professional and unobtrusive. Everything was cleaned up completely at the end of each work day, so that we could be comfortable in the house while he was working. We kept realizing that we had more jobs that were necessary and asked him to return. He fit us in between previous appointments so that the work did not last forever. He was unfailingly courteous. Everything that he did to our home has been a permanent fix. Things are running more smoothly, and we are confident that the house is safer and more functional. If we ever need other electrical work done, we will call him first for guidance as well as hands on work. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
