I have had the pleasure of using Leslie’s services for almost 20 years. She’s great at design; however, recently she chose not to reach out to me after an issue with fabric chosen for a loveseat that was reupholstered. I understand this was a small job, but when there’s an issue, one would hope that the person they hired would problem solve it. Unfortunately, that did not happen and, quite frankly, I was left to hang dry. I cannot use her services again.

She was with us for 4 hours. She is excellent and helped us with color choices. She was prompt and easily accessible. She listened well and did not try to push her opinion without considering ours. She knew where we could be a little more adventurous and where we couldn’t. She waited until she knew me better to make suggestions.
