Angelo helped us with a major home renovation and expansion three years ago. He worked closely with our architect on a complex project which involved a kitchen renovation/enlargement replacement of HVAC systems and addition of a new family room and exercise room. The finished product is great and blends in perfectly with the brickwork of our 90 year old house. We are delighted with the end product and Angelo and his team were always very responsive.

Angelo Kostaris is a careful and skilled craftsman. His work was exemplary. He came in on time and within budget. His attention to detail was impressive. He cared greatly about each of the projects and sought our feedback and participation as he proceeded. His work habits were phenomenal and he left the house each day as clean as it could be, considering the necessary disruption. He communicated well with us and the architect on major projects. We would hire him again.

Working with Angelo was a dream. He was very professional and responsive from his first bid to the closing out of the punch list. Angelo was on site every day and our neighbors all noted how pleasant his crew was and how much they worked to minimize any impact on the neighbors. The quality of Angelo's work was outstanding, even the inspectors commented on it. He communicated frequently with us about options and came in ahead of schedule. While we exceeded our budget, that was due almost entirely to change orders my husband and I initiated, such as adding additional built ins and the like.
