Was great. He replaced a leaking cutoff valve to the water heater and removed an old pin valve I wasn't aware was there. He also looked at a slightly rocking toilet and told me it wasn't worth paying him $220 re-seat it, he just shimmed it for free! Finally found my go to plumber.
