My grandson spilled some coffee on my laptop and the screen stopped working.  I called and Alon said that he would come over in the afternoon. He arrived a few minutes early and got to work. After thoroughly going over the laptop, the screen started working again. The work was professionally done, and he explained what he was doing at each step. I thought that the price was fair.  I would call him if we gave any trouble with other PCs.

Alon was very helpful. He quickly figured out what was wrong and corrected the problems. Plus, he offered excellent advice on ways I might want to improve my computer function and set up. When I had a few follow up issues later he was very responsive and we set up a remote access session that easily fixed them. He is great to work with!

Alon from Keynetik was able to quickly assess and resolve the issues. He also made himself available for follow up questions. On another occasion, we used the remote service and Alon dialed in remotely to resolve the issue. I certainly prefer to have Keynetik work on my computers than to drop them off at a retail outlet to have them worked on.

Things went perfectly. I have used Keynetik for many years and have always gotten good advice and service. Both Alon and Dmitry are very professional and knowledgeable. They are very good at explaining what had to be done and what I might need to do in the future. Their fees are very reasonable and they can get a lot done in an hour, so you really get your money's worth. This visit took 2 hours.
