Without a hitch. We had to wait for a while in a Q but that was not a problem.

It went very well! There were a couple of delays at first, but once they came, they got it all done within one day, and they did a great job. They were punctual and competent.

From bidding to completion of job everything wwent smooth and satisfactorily.

No pressure on Kellyco's part. They gave us an estimate with all the options and we chose the oversized gutters as they are much better than the narrow gutters that came with the house. The crew was wonderful. Very pleasant experience all around. We recommend this company and would use them again. We used them about 7 years ago and they replaced our roof. We used them again because we found them to be a trustworthy, well-run, family-owned company and their pricing is fair.

This has truly reduced my cooling costs in the summers. I also got a tax credit! The crew was excellent.

They are all seamless and lot great. Once the temperature gets above 11, I'll be able to see how they move water. They were great on the phone and in person.

We found Dave Kelly to be very professional and trustworthy. His crew arrived on time and removed two layers of shingles and then put up a new roof. It took them one full day to do the work. They did a great job, worked very hard and everything went very smoothly! A month later we had his crew put up Seamless gutters and downspouts which took a few hours. His price for both the roof and gutters was fair. Based on our overall experience with Dave Kelly we would highly recommend him!

These guys are amazing. We had 3 companies come and give quotes. I called these guys because they are in the neighborhood, and I wanted to give local company a shot. When Dave came to give us the estimate, he was great. He laid out all the options for us, gave us a fast quote, and welcomed us to the neighborhood. His quote was about $1,000 less than the second lowest quote, and I called him up to ask a few more questions about the details (making sure I'm comparing apples to apples here.) It turns out that they're using higher quality products than the other guys. I'm not really sure HOW they were able to get such a low price (I'm such a and quot;bargain hunterand quot; that I called the roofing supply company to see how much materials would cost.) They must have a discount card or something because it didn't leave much room for profit.
When the day came to do the work, the workers showed up early, and the work was done by the end of the day. The roof looks GREAT and they were all super friendly. The owner himself stopped by to check the work out, made sure they cleaned up, and wanted to make sure we were happy.
BOTTOM LINE: They gave me the best price, friendly service, and did a great job. I couldn't have asked for more.
the ONLY and quot;conand quot; i can think of is that i called a couple times during business hours, and had to leave a message. Somebody always called back within 10 minutes, but when I'm at work, it can make for some awkward phone-tag.

Mr. Kelly replaced my entire roof in June of 1996. Since then, he has returned whenever I felt I had a roof-related issue, examined the potential problem, and in most cases never even charged me for doing so ! In July of 2013, he replaced an old-style ridge vent that was allowing water to come in. My water leak was fixed, and the charge was just $150; very very reasonable !

I have used Kellyco since 1995. I recommended him to everyone who needed good quality roof work. I have nearly a dozed skylights and a nearly flat roof (3x10). Dave Kelly was a miracle worker who found solutions to the problems that remodeling contractor had left me to handle. He was my and quot;go to guyand quot; whenever we had a problem, and they were mostly leaking skylights. Under his guidance all those problems disappeared!







In the spring of 2010 I heard snapping and cracking sounds, and Dave rescheduled everything to address this new problem. He found that several rafters had snapped under the weight of the snow. He said he and quot;sisteredand quot; these and fixed and lack of proper venting problem that occurred during a remodeling project.







However the skylights began to leak, before his crew even finished the roofing job. Over the span of the next couple of weeks, every skylight he touched leaked. This problem seemed to have run its course until Hurricane Sandy caused two more skylights to leak. KellyCo refused to respond.







I asked for county intervention. During arbitration Mr. Kelly blamed me and my skylights for all the problems. I don't know what changed. But the staff that works for him now is different that those who used to come fix things at my home. I believe this new staff is to blame. Dave is such and honorable person, I cannot believe he has allowed his company to be so unreliable.







The bottom line is that I got a partial refund to help defry the cost of fixing whatever went wrong with my skylights during the re-roofing project of 2010. I am distraught. I now have to find a new roofing contractor. That is the biggest loss for me.

Dave was very responsive with his estimate as well as when the work would be performed. There were no more leaks after KellyCo installed new flashing. Some competitors I contacted would not perform the work while others who would perform the work were twice the cost. I would use KellyCo again - most definitely.

The real story was the followup with a vent that was installed with the new roof. A small leak occurred (believed to be caused by the earth quake)and the contractor came and replaced the vent free of charge even though it was 9 years later. Two days later the latest hurricane came and not a drop came through the vent.

Did an excellent job in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. Good company.

The roofing project was done effiently and I now have a great loking roof.
