Several other providers (including Safelite) had told us it couldn't be replaced because of holes in the frame. JR replaced it, sealed it, and explained the entire process for a fraction of the cost of other providers. He also honored the coupon we had which was supposed to be for major body work only (we didn't know). He was honest, fair, and quick, and kept us in the loop the entire process. Would DEFINITELY return!

JR's Auto and Body Center Inc. are very courteous and polite, it was quick service and they were reasonable, they have a nice customer waiting area and they made me feel like they appreciated my business.

JR gave me an estimate for the repair and the 3 day work, including painting, was completed in a timely manner. Mr Cover also arranged for the return of my car to my home since I couldn't get to his shop.

Somebody hit my car while I was parked,impacting both the rear bumper and the side.
First JR tried to see if the bumper could be fixed without having to order a brand new one, but due to the location of the damage it wasn't possible.
Repair was done on time and its impossible to notice there was ever an issue.
