+ -1 moreAwful experience and complete waste of time. Not considerate. Suspect he works better with men than women clients.
Description of Work: General contractor who came to estimate a basement finishing but refused to submit a bid until a draftsman he recommended did drawings. I had drawings that were permit ready that required minimal changes (square footage and concept did not change). His draftsman charged more than Dufief said it would cost and the contractor refused to return calls to discuss. Told me to use draftsman...sent his business card to me in an envelope in the mail after spending 1 1/2 hours talking to me about the basement project...and never returned phone calls. Contractor does not handle business matters very professionally. The draftsman he recommended, John Carr, does work as a side job and also does not return calls. Overall, a lousy experience and total waste of time.
