They could improve the customer waiting area, and the coffee maker wasn't working.

I feel like they always try to upsell me on additional services, which is annoying.

On there workmanship I would give them an A and for there general business I would give them a C.  I got in and got out.  They kept finding things that I could probably do myself.  I hate when you come in and get blind sided. 

They did the work as expected. They were fine.

I found that I was starting to get a noise when turning the steering wheel on my 1995 car and figured that when they checked all of the fluid levels during the routine oil change, that they would advise me that it needed power steering fluid, hoping that that was the only problem. They checked off on the form that all was checked and OK. When the power steering got louder and harder to turn a week later, a friend of mine took it to their mechanic, and it turns out that it had hardly no power steering fluid at all!!! They filled
it and the power steering works better than it had in months. Jiffy Lube never checked it, but marked the form that they did.
Also, they must have used dirty water to clean the windows on the outside. When it dried, it looked as though someone had thrown up down the sides of the car. I will never go there again.

They are generally very good, but I would warm them, that after one change I found out that they had left a wrench in my engine. I took it back to Jiffy Lube and told them they had left a wrench under the hood. That was about 5 years ago. I would continue using them in the future.
