We found Jeff through HomeGain while we were still in MA. He jumped in and hit the ground running. We started looking for a house in the summer when we first put our house outside Boston on the market. With just a week's notice, Jeff lined up over 10 properties for us to view on a trip to MD in June. He was in regular contact with us until we moved down to MD at the end of July. He was extremely organized and had us viewing over a dozen houses on each trip. With his help, we found 'the' house within the first week of looking.
We felt like Jeff got a sense of our needs/likes/dislikes within a few hours on the first day we went out with him. From that point on, we felt like he was a great filter and was only identifying houses that were good fits. So, no time wasted.
