The front office was friendly and professional. Dave, the experienced technician who came by, was friendly, helpful, and quite knowledgeable. He listened as I described the pest problems and the locations of the infestation. He then used that information to focus his efforts. He explained the technologies he was using and what I should do and not do to make the application most effective. The results? Within a few days the problem was completely gone. Not a single roach in the four years since Dave came by.

Great job done by Infestation Control. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and professional. They all knew their stuff! Trey was very thorough when doing the initial inspection for a termite infestation and presented various options along with his recommendation. Arranging initially for services done promptly. Agent Justin provided a thorough investigation of nature and extent of infestation. Explained the likelihood of reinfestations over time. Agent Justin provided the initial treatment resulting in complete erradication of mice promptly. Continued future monitoring for new infestations are arranged.

The nest (which couldn't be seen) was in a difficult place in a crack near wall under balcony. Problem taken care of the first time, but was told if it didn't they would come back out. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to neighbors who have also used them. Very nice people to deal with.

Really happy with Infestation Control. Called them for a mild but persistent roach problem. Got someone on the phone right away, and scheduled someone to come quickly at a convenient time for me. Technician Dave came right on time, was very professional and kind, chatted with me while thoroughly treating the problem in multiple kitchens. Explained the problem should be taken care of with just the one treatment. If I need a follow-up, it's very discounted. Never wanted to set up multiple treatments or just go after the money. Very fair price. Would use again!!!!

The exterminator that came out was exactly on time, quickly assessed where the problem was, explained what he was doing and how the chemical he used worked, and gave me a time frame of when the problem would be resolved which was accurate. The wasps were swarming in the house but after the one treatment, they almost all died off within a day and the last few stragglers were gone within the week. It's been four weeks now and not a single wasp sighting. I will definitely use them for pest control needs in the future!

Thank goodness my neighbor recommended this company. I had 4 vents with nesting, and one vent had a dead bird near the dryer. Gross. The guys, cleaned out all the vents, sanitized, and placed cages over the vents to prevent further issues. They even painted the covers to match the siding. professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I am so glad to be bird free, Thanks!

The Infestation Control technician placed ant gel bait inside the house. He also sprayed the perimeter of the house and placed granules in the garden bed. The next day, ants were streaming into my house. In addition, I continued to see ants marching in the front and back yard in areas that were treated by the technician.

Ken explained that the rats were feeding on bird feeders too close to the house. He put 3 bait stations and said that the rats should be gone in 3 weeks. It worked; no rats.

I have used them once. They were good. They are coming back actually. The infestation is still an issue. I don't know if it's an infestation issue or a company issue, but they are coming back and they have been good.

Infestation Control, Inc. sprayed the home exterior for ants and put ant bait in a few places inside the house. I was told to wait a week for the ants to go away. The ants had no interest in the ant bait and just walked around it. The ant issue hadn't dissipated after 2 weeks, so I called the company and asked them to re-treat. I was told that I would have to pay an additional $90 for a re-treatment, which didn't seem fair, given that I had already paid once for a treatment that was ineffective. I asked them to re-treat at no charge, and they declined. I ended up buying Terro liquid ant baits from Amazon for $5 which eradicated the ant issue.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed], We are very sorry that you were not fully satisfied with the effectiveness of the ant treatment performed at your home on April 13, 2017. While we experience an extremely high success rate and do our absolute best to ensure that we solve each problem as quickly as possible for our customers, unfortunately in dealing with insects in nature along with variations in construction, we cannot guarantee that a single treatment will fully eradicate any given issue. This fact alone is why we discount our follow up treatments for 90 days (to $99) should they be needed. Pricing for the initial treatment as well as any follow up treatments was quoted to you over the phone when you set up the appointment on April 11. At the time the service was performed on April 13, our technician also quoted these same prices in writing on the service ticket that was left at your home. In order to achieve long term, and "guaranteed" control of a variety of household pests including ants and rodents, we recommend our Residential Service Agreement which allows us to visit your home 4 times throughout the year, and allows the customer access to free extra services should they be needed in between scheduled appointments. If you would be interested in this approach and long term control of a variety of invaders, I would be more than happy to issue a credit for the entire value of the service that we performed in April, and apply it toward a residential service plan. The service plan allows us the opportunity to prevent rodent and pest issues before they become a problem. If this is something that you would be interested in, feel free to ask for me by name. Again, I am sorry that a single treatment did not fully resolve your ant issue this time. Sincerely, Justin Glazier General Manager"

Two employees showed up in two trucks at 7:00 am and worked until 5:00 pm working all day drilling down into the ground, pumping Termidor on one foot centers around the perimeter of my large house. Any surface that was concrete they drilled with a rotary gun, installed the probe and installed the Termidor treatment. The front concrete porch, inside the concrete garage floor next to the house. The concrete patio next to the house and the outside concrete basement steps. All concrete surfaces were patched up and here it is months later and there's no sign of patches. They went into the basement in the utility room where there is a cider block wall and drilled through all along the wall and pumped in Termidor. Patch the holes up. Buddy Glazier , the owner showed up while they were working and asked me if I was satisfied with the work. I said yes.He gave me a one year warranty which is renewable for four more years after the first year. I was impressed with the work.I highly recommend them.

The came the day after I called. They came in and inspected everything and didn't find a nest due to the end of the year. They concluded the wasps were attracted to the heat of the furnace and were dying and clogging my furnace fan. The unhooked the area near the furnace and vacuumed up the dead wasps all over the unit and inducer fan. Once they did that, the furnace started working again and ended up saving me costly repairs to my furnace. They did an excellent job and their fee was well worth it.

A previous company had treated for termites but they continued to persist. The previous company failed to come out and remedy the issue. I called infestation control and they had excellent customer service, I had no problems changing the appointment date. The person coming out to do the inspection was extremely thorough and found out exactly where the termites originated from as well as showing us a live one. A different person came out to do the treatment and also did an excellent job. He notified me that the previous company hadn't drilled all the way through the concrete in some places. Overall an excellent company and I would use the again.
