Manny was responsive to my request for help and spent 5 hours with me to get my new laptop set up and data transferred. He was patient and friendly and eager to make sure it was all good. He recommended a couple of programs that are working well for me. Good experience overall.

Very well. He explained things clearly, gave options a new home network and, after discussing, purchased and installed the devices for the new network. No hassle whatsoever. Has been very patient in working with a TBI nephew who repeatedly forgets things about his computer and damages drives, programs etc. Suggests ways to simplify setting-up / using the computer. Proactive in discussing alternatives. Prompt, patient, focused, clear communications, good price. Adept with PC, OS and some iOS. Highly recommend.

I contacted Manny ** for an issue with an office computer. An office laptop wouldn’t connect to the server. I don’t recall how I got his name but I do remember he received accolades for his services. He was able to come to our rescue within a day. The problem which was due to an obscure Windows 10 bug was a tricky one to resolve, but he was dogged in his efforts to fix it, using whatever resources were necessary. He was professional yet friendly and graciously answered additional questions by phone a day or two later. I would definitely recommend him for personal or business technology support.

I've used IMPACT CIO services a couple of times over the years. The last time, my computer crashed and would not boot-up. I was frantic. Manny came the very next morning, a Sunday in fact and arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the Windows problem and resolved it in only an hour.
