 + -1 moreEXCELLENT. WE DEALT WITH ARCHITECT BRUCE HUTCHINSON AND ONLY MET WITH HIM 2 OR 3 TIMES. BRUCE WAS RECOMMENDED TO US BY OUR BUILDER, GRUVER-COOLEY. BRUCE CAPTURED EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND INCLUDED VERY NICE DETAILS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. HE WAS A LITTLE MORE INTERESTED IN DEMOLITION ($$$) THAN WE WERE IN PLANNING THE RECONFIGURATION OF OUR EXISTING THREE BEDROOMS.
Description of Work: BUILDING PLANS FOR OUR TRADITIONAL, COLONIAL 3-STORY ADDITION AND WHOLE HOME RENOVATION. THE PLANS INCLUDED A NEW EXPANDED KITCHEN, BREAKFAST ROOM, FAMILY ROOM, POWDER ROOM, HOME OFFICE, MASTER BEDROOM AND BATHROOM, REC ROOM AND GUEST ROOM, AS WELL AS RECONFIGURED EXISTING SPACE (MOVING WALLS) AND ADDITIONS CLOSETS AND WINDOWS.
