House Cleaning
There was a Living Social Deal that I almost bought, but first I googled reviews for the company, after failing to find them here on Angie's List or on Washington Consumer Checkbook. On Yelp.com I found about 4 recent (last 3 months) reviews from people who had in fact bought the LS deal for the company, only to find that House Warmers Maids did not have a correct number, or did not return their calls, or when actually contacted, did not clean properly. They sound like a very unreliable and shady company, and I strongly caution anyone who may be tempted to use their services.
