The owner is Fatima Delgado. It's been excellent. There's really nothing more I can say. It takes about 2 and a half hours. They could improve on something minor - not putting my recycling in the garbage.

We've been using H.S.E. for about a year and we're largely satisfied. We're not locked into a contract, they do a good job and, if something is not as clean as it should be (which happens every now and then), they're good about coming back to fix it. I've only needed to have them do that twice. They did goof up once at the beginning and cleaned the interface panel of my microwave with an abrasive which caused the printed-on labels to be removed from some of the buttons. Didn't like that too much and it's irreversible damage. If you have such appliances, make sure you inform them to use nonabrasive cleaners on them.

Home Services Enterprise is local and provide an extremely thorough crew. They come on the day they say they are going to come. They have had a few accidents in the house because they are a little rough with the vacuuming and bump into things. I would like the English skills of the cleaning staff to be better.
