 + -1 moreI was dealing with a maddening noise abatement problem in my home, a condo with three huge water pumps right below my bedroom. Henning emphasized how expensive it was going to be- $2-4 K for his business to provide a soundproofing assessment. he offered no possible soundproofing ideas, solutions or suggestions for remedies, and would suggest no other providers who might help me, given that he himself was unable or unwilling to do so. Then he said it wouldn't be "productive" to talk further and discontinued the conversation leaving me nowhere turn next. He seemed to me to simply assume I couldn't afford him, and was rude for no other reason. I came to him for help and he offered nothing but discourtesy. Go elsewhere.
Description of Work: I called the provider in a desperate search of help with a noise abatement problem in a condo unit. I know little about this area, and it is hard to find consultants or contractors who specialize in it. Henning was not helpful. Please note that I am assessing only the poor customer service in my phone conversation; he did not provide a service, on the contrary he spurned my business.
