My latest communication with support (aka Fran) was amazing. Fran provided detailed technical instructions for a totally different website that I administer. Fran is the absolute best!!!

Great service for over 15 years. If there is a problem, their 24/7 helpdesk gets right on it. They are a small family run business that is just awesome.

It continues to go well. My service has yet to be down. I rely on having my INTERNET service up for my work. Continuous reliable service gives me a feeling of trust.

Excellent maintenance record -- my site is almost never down. Incredible and personal customer service by a local (Montgomery County), family-owned business. I stay with them for web hosting and email service even though they don't offer home DSL. When I send a question to their customer support line, half the time the response I receive will be from the owner himself. Good support for Macintosh users.
