With Hassle Free Home Services we take care of your home so you don't have to. We provide a contract-based maintenance service that takes care of all the tasks, large and small, needed to keep you home in good condition. On top of this core service, we will manage any other home services required by the homeowner to ensure that the house is well cared for from basement to attic, inside and out. While the monthly maintenance takes care of everything from furnace filters to light bulbs to caulking and minor repairs, the management program includes such services as lawn care, maid service, HVAC, window and gutter cleaning, etc.

When the Hassle Free rep arrived that day at 9:30am he went back to his car and returned to the house at 9:52am. My husband asked why he took so long to commence working and there was no answer. So with 5 hours and 2 minutes remaining, my husband went through our list and told him what to concentrate on. I then talked to him and told him there were things we need him to concentrate on. Even with all this he did not get to any of those things except for changing bulbs and yet still some of the bulbs are still the wrong bulbs. He came with the wrong bulbs and I had to tell him that they were the wrong bulbs and show him which bulbs to use. The remaining things that he did were not important to us and he did not concentrate on our needs. In our powder there was a toilet paper dispenser on the wall. Before I left the house at 2:30, I saw him working on that. Apparently he removed it from the wall and left it on the floor and then LEFT!! On the wall in my bathroom is my broken towel rack which was important to me and still has not been addressed.
The problem is that when Henry comes in he focuses on things your company has decided that we need done not the things we need done. This kind of service may work for other families but for us when we contract with a handyman, we expect to see what we want done, especially after 2 six hour visits. This service is not for us. We were terribly dissatisfied with your company.
