I was very nervous about picking a moving company, but when I talked to Robert Igneri. He completely put me at ease, talked with dispatch and put forth all my request. Robert Igneri made sure the estimate was binding and guarenteed price, which out of the 9 times I've moved, that has never happened. Had another moving co lined up to do the moving and storage. At the last minute they called and told me they made a mistake and werenâ t available. Called Great Nation and Robert Igneri saved the day. He handled everything, very professionally every step of the way. He also made me feel at ease during the entire process. I worked with Robert Igneri for my move from DC to NYC and had a phenomenal experience. During an incredibly busy time for moving in the northeast, Robert managed to get me an outstanding crew (Milton and co) on the dates I requested just a week before the move. He was very responsive to my emails, and Great Nation in general was responsive to my requests. Finally, Milton and his crew picked up at 7:45 AM in DC, and managed to make the move on the SAME DAY, dropping off my goods at 6:45 PM that same night. Overall great experience, fair price, and outstanding crews - highly recommend!

They are moving brokers. At one point they told me they couldn?t find my project or proof of pick up of my items. It was an absolute nightmare.

They did a good job and moved quickly and efficiently. They arrived within the timeframe they were supposed to, and were friendly and polite.

Can't rate value for money until move is complete. Crew did not arrive when company said they would. Even that day I got four different arrival times and they arrived an hour after the latest time. Dispatcher was not in control. Crew arrived one person short from what we were told. Result was packing began at 3:30 pm and loading completed at 1:00 am the next morning. I had no choice but to stay and complete the paperwork and lock the house. That's not good customer service.

They moved everything in a timely manner with only a few things broken. (Glass vase and air compressor valve)

Great job, nothing forgotten and everything carefully wrapped so nothing was broken. Quick work meant lower cost than their estimate. The movers were prompt, friendly, and professional.

Professional movers and packers. Moved my furniture without any problems. Showed up when stated and delivered my furniture as promised. If need be, I would definitely use them again.

They did a wonderful job. They showed up 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time. They were all quick. We paid a flat rate, so they had an incentive to be more energetic I'm sure. Nothing was damaged, they were careful with our new home (newly painted walls, floors, etc.). All around, had a goo experience. Would use them a second time if needed.

Life savers! Loved how easy they were to book and that I could pay by card. They were so good getting our monster sofa bed up our narrow stairs, were really nice and fast, and came in at exactly the estimate. Would definitely use again!!!

The actual movers were great, hardworking, efficient, and polite. They securely packed up our belongings for storage with packing paper, tape, boxes, etc. The consultation/quote process was easy. My one issue was I felt like once we booked, customer service went out the window. I provided a date for picking up our furniture, which we had stored at their facility, and a tentative date for having our furniture moved to our new house. I heard nothing from our representative prior to both moving dates and had to reach out to dispatch directly. Once I did speak with dispatch I was able to book without issue, but it felt as though there was a breakdown in communication on the customer-facing side. I am relieved the process is over.

They were fantastic! Their price was the best of the three companies that I received estimates from and the entire process went so smoothly! I had read horror stories about moving companies, but everything went well. It was extra nerve-racking because I had a long distance move and they had to hold my goods for 6 days since I couldn’t move in to the new house right away, but I had no problems! There were two different crews to pack up my items and deliver my items, but both of them were wonderful and they took good care of my goods. I highly recommend this company!

Scott was wonderful from the start. He was helpful in setting up the pickup time that was good for me. The movers were on time and very professional. When delivering the clock they kept me posted on the time of the delivery
