I can not dissuade you from hiring this company strongly enough. Everything was fine until our stuff was on the truck and then it flipped. The estimate was way off. Now I will take responsibility for some of that, but the driver explained to me that the estimates for basic things like beds were just not accurate. Maybe the mattress and box spring would fit that square footage, but not the rest of the bed components. Even that I was ok with. I imagine it would be the same with any company. But then I was introduced to their dispatch manager and what turns out to be the company manager (same person). There is a reason he is hidden until the end. We spoke two days before the move and he simply ignored our conversation. I don t want to say he lied because lying suggests caring. He simply does not care at all about customers, just making money. I explained to him on Tuesday before the move I would not be at the destination until Saturday at 4. We ll work with you was the response. After everything was in the truck and movers left he tells me the delivery will be between 8-10 Saturday. When I explain to him I will not be there the repose was a bullying rant about how I needed to get a lawyer, it will be $150/hr while they wait for me and I needed to get a friend or family member to receive the goods. Mind you this would only be the second time I have ever set foot in the location. Angry texts and more absolute disdain for customers getting in the way of his plans ensued. I did get a lawyer and she reviewed the contract. There is nothing anywhere I signed that discusses I would be charged if I was not at the destination at a time they dictated. It may be hidden in some tariff I never saw, but I think I could get Joe Pesci from My Cousin Vinny to successfully litigate this claim. Seriously- do you want to deal with this? It s almost like he thought I was working for him. I cannot tell you the headache and stress this caused for absolutely no reason other than this guy driven focus to make a buck over everything. Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life. And this is the guy in charge. Too bad- he has good people working for him who knew this was wrong but we are powerless to help. In the end, our stuff got to the destination quickly- the 2 member crew worked hard and wrapped things carefully. And I am sure I paid a fair price. But do you want to go through this?

They were a huge help in my move. The truck was packed and organized, they disassembled/reassembled items with care and wrapped delicate items. I felt they were always conscious of the time and worked very quickly. I would definitely hire them again.

We were very impressed with the whole experience! The movers took care of our things as if they were their own. They were very professional, yet friendly, they displayed great work ethics and didn't waste a moment of time getting us into our new home. This company is a ripoff waiting to happen. I dont know who would give them anything higher than the 0.5 rating that is the absolute minimum. I had to to fill in something, otherwise they would have a received a zero from me! They raised the price twice, which should have been enough to warn me off. I signed three sets of paperwork. If there is damaged or missing goods, you will receive no more than $0.60 per pound...UNLESS you pay an additional insurance type fee...mine was $16K, which i did not pay. If you pay some one good money (over $13k), you expect to receive it in good condition on the other end. Well my new dining room set was severely damage as well as several other pieces. My first shipment was about 2/3 of my belongs, missing over 35 boxes and items. In the end, I was still missing 16 boxes and items, including my 55 inch tv. If you know how much a newer tv weighs at 60 cents a pound, i wasnt getting much! definitely not a replacement. Stick with the large companies, with experience!

David and his colleagues did a fabulous job moving the contents of my home. They arrived on time-got to work immediately, moved everything with extreme care-packed the truck expertly. It was the easiest move I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend this team!

These guys showed up on time and didn't waste anytime. They moved and set up a old and heavy pool table and two cement picnic tables. They did it without hesitation. I would hire these guys again. Thanks for all the hard work.

Damaged property, did not receive all boxes.

I chose this company based on eviews and their cost being **middle of the road**They were supposed to arrive to pack on Feb 27 and they did-at 4 PM; worked til 8 and then finished the next day and got done by noon. They looked to do a decent job. Then it took them 5 days to get from South Carolina to Colorado. different guys delivered the stuff and those were horrible. One tried to SLIDE the washing machine across the newly refinished hardwood floor and of course left a gouge across that before my wife could stop him. Then he set the washer in place, hooked up as if ready to use; wrong: did not take out the shipping bolts that the first crew had installed when packing up. Destroyed the washer. I tried to call James Bradley, the rep I had dealt with, and he referred me to David that he said would handle it. 5 days later, David finally called me and gave me a hard time over not being able to get anyone to come look at the washer. I vibrated so wildly that it rotated 90 degrees in the floor and dumped water on the floor, consistent with what I read on the Samsung site that the outer drum would be destroyed. We went on and got a new one. Great Nation also trashed 2 lamp shades that were, literally, crammed into a box, and broke off part of the trim on the top of a grandfather clock. Oh, and broke the screen on my flat screen TV that they packed and moved. Finally, David, instead of giving me a hard time about complaining (oh, I am sure my guys did not put in those shipping bolts-they are not allowed to do that or disconnect and reconnect a washer) finally gave me a website to file a claim-through Anthem. Had I known that Anthem was involved, I would have saved my money paid for extra insurance. For starts, they say they will consider the claim and get back to you in, oh, 30-90 days. Yeah, that is Anthem and that is Great Nation Moving. You decide for yourself. At the least, save any money you are tempted to spend on extra insurance and just use that to pay for damages. Or use it to get someone else to move you.

These guys were great throughout the process. I opted to pack my belongings and was able to get as many boxes and packing material from Great Nations as I needed. I left some things for them to pack such as large lamps, TVs, computers, etc. Everything went as scheduled. The moving/packing team showed up on time and loaded everything the morning of the move, and came as scheduled and off loaded everything at my new house the next day. This was a very hard working crew, very polite and respectful. The move occurred in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the crew (and my family) were very conscious of maintaining social distance. I opted to wait a couple of days before unpacking at my new home just to be sure no virus contamination occurred. All good so far. My belongings are intact and in the rooms marked during packing. I was very happy with the entire team. I hope this is my last move, but if I must move again, I'd definitely go back to Great Nation. Well done.

These guys are TRULY AMAZING. Iâ m deploying and we got a REALLY short notice. They were super flexible with their schedule, were really careful with my husband and Iâ s possessions, were super funny, and even helped us pack up some of our extra things. Would absolutely recommend
