A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Very pleased with this company!

Not very helpful with an insurance issue with the Condo Association. While this was not specifically their fault, their lack of communication before our belongings were almost dumped on the street was not acceptable.

I like the fact that the owner comes with the crew to assist with packing and delivery. They even placed boxes along the wall to ensure no damage to the wall. I was able to pay a deposit and incrementally at the packing then the remainder upon delivery. .Just like all the other reviews, Rose is great! We immediately clicked upon the first phone call. I Iike the fact that the boxes come with your package, unlike other moving companies that nickel and dime you. They were able to handle my large TVs without a separate crating service with ease. The price didn't change after the quote and most importantly, they were able to move me on a Sunday and accommodated me for my delivery date. They even honored my government service in my quote. I had a full pack and unbox package, and all of the boxes didn't get unpacked (I had to ask some of the guys to unpack those that were not placed in the storage area), but no big deal. Most of the important items were unpacked and they searched through boxes to find items, upon my request. Plus, after unpacking all of my shoes, we were all tired and ready for the day to end! Great job Great Nation Moving! I would definitely hire them again.

Professional experience

Being a family owned business, they were by far the most professional, which is why I felt they were the best fit for our moving needs. I would without reservation recommend them and should I need to move in the future, they will be my first and only call.

The folks at Great Nation provided excellent service in our move. They were on time with their pick up and delivery. They handled out person property with care. We had nothing broken by the movers. We felt very safe having the crew in our home.

Carol, in the office, was simply awesome, most professional move I have ever experienced.

We were told Great Nation would directly handle transport, in Fact they subbed out the transport and forced early delivery. This was a Huge inconvenience and misrepresentation of the service.

The crews were excellent and did a great job with loading and unloading our furniture. The quoting process was not good as I had moving quotes that were all over the place. The final price was way over what they estimated.

Really are Pro's. Very efficient and accommodating. Were always available for questions 7 days a week. Damage was extremely limited and may have been our own packing failure. I forgot to have them load a couple big items and they came back and got them on Sunday with no extra charge because we were leaving on Monday. Rose was a blessing.

Company was professional and delivered my furniture in perfect condition.

I was very nervous about picking a moving company, but when I talked to Robert Igneri. He completely put me at ease, talked with dispatch and put forth all my request. Robert Igneri made sure the estimate was binding and guarenteed price, which out of the 9 times I've moved, that has never happened. Rose is the best itâ s like dealing with a friend

It is probably my own fault for not doing more research. We have not done a long-distance move in about 17 years so I should have put more thought into it. They did not do an in home assessment of the items to move and I did my best to accurately provide the details. The final to total was over $800 more than the estimate. It was also hard to plan because we did not get a specific day/time until 48 hours before the move. I would have preferred to have that identified from the beginning and also would have liked a closer estimate to the actual cost.

I would recommend Great Nation Moving to anyone intending to move and working on a budget. From a personal experience, these guys are the best the market can offer. My experience with them was positive right from when I first contacted them asking for a quote for moving my house stuff. There were no hidden costs and the customer assistant was so open to any further queries. This made me feel needed as a client and more assured that I was dealing with the right company.

I would recommend this team and Great Nation Moving to everyone looking for a moving company. The team is hardworking, professional and friendly. They do everything you asked them to and would never disappoint you they work in such a way that the customers are truly satisfied.

I have moved commercially numerous times using large commercial movers. Great Nation Moving far exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. It started with the estimate where timely adjustments were made as we removed items from the quote, then the crew showed up to pack us timely & with more help than anticipated, then the delivery was on time too! Biggest plus was that there was no damage to any of my walls in either house & nothing got broken! They were GREAT!!

Damaged property, did not receive all boxes.

All aspects of he move were very smooth. Customer service as well as the pick up and drop off crews were very professional.

From start to finish, GNM was a pleasure to work with and we particularly liked their customer service and how they arranged all aspects of our move. The crew that handled both our pick-up and delivery were highly professional and exceptionally competent as they really cared for our belongings and making sure that we were happy with their work on both ends.

They managed this job under difficult circumstances. When part of the delivery crew walked off the job because it was a hot day, the remaining guys stepped up and finished the work.

Although we haven't had the furniture delivered, everything thus far was outstanding.. from initial contact, to storing,, to setting up delivery, everyone has been helpful and quick to answer questions.
