They arranged for the installation of the refrigerator and the installation and plumbing of the ice maker.  It is good store to browse around, but you may have to track down the sales people in another department.

Issues in no particular order: 1)  The Optima contractors that they hired to install our new range and microwave were unprofessional.  They came into our home and rattled off $500+ worth of "repairs" that were needed to install the units.  Said that they would do them for us.  One of the items on their list was the rewiring of an electric outlet.  They are NOT electricians.  No way we were going to let them do that.  Next came the extension of the gas line, and a few other things I can't remember.  In short, we said do not install.  We took our business elsewhere.  Sears in Montgomery Mall had Quality Kitchens do our install.  They were professionals who didn't see all that the work the others required.  They actually installed a shutoff valve which we really needed that Optima never suggested.  We now have a wonderful and SAFE stove and microwave thanks to them. 2)  We had a double unit (microwave & stove combined).  It was a very old model and very big.  We informed the sales person that we had this unit.  He said no problem with the haul away.  The people arrived "Optima" contractors, and said that they couldn't haul the unit away even though we paid for it.  Best Buy was reluctant to come get it, but we insisted. We will NEVER buy from Best Buy again if it requires any type of installation.  DON"T DO IT!!

THE GEEK SQUAD REPAIR GUYS AT BEST BUY WERE VERY COURTEOUS, KIND, AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. THEY REPAIRED MY COMPUTER QUICKLY, AND SHOWED ME WHAT WAS WRONG. THE PRICE WAS SOMEWHAT HIGH, BUT I WAS IN A HURRY, SO IT WAS WORTH IT. VERY WELL DONE, WILL BRING AGAIN.
