We contact at least the nearest 4 dealers to the zip code you specify, and commit each dealer to a specific profit margin for a period of 2-4 weeks. You’ll receive a report outlining each dealer’s commitment, and a worksheet that will allow you to see each dealer's bottom line.

A total waste of money!
 Because I had hired Michael 3
years ago and had been very pleased with his service, I naturally called him
again to help me with this purchase after that lease was up..
But unlike three years ago, there really was NO SERVICE AT
ALL. He rushed me when I was ordering the service but took my credit card
info. There really was not much more conversation except to have him fill out
what I wanted in the car which he did reluctantly wanting me to do it from an
online form.
After nine days I still had not received the report. I had
requested that he find out about the comparable buy out rate. But he never
responded to that email. I did get a link to a report, most of which he took
from Edmonds.com and states that in the report. But I did not understand the
directions on it about calculating etc. I explained to him that I have a
learning disability and one of the reasons I am hiring him is to have him
guide me through the purchase.  When I
emailed him right away that the report is like Greek to me. I don?t know what
to do with hit, he never responded. I sent three more emails over between Nov
24th and Dec 1st and he never responded to any of them.
He wrote on the report that he can be contacted by email. However, he failed
to mention that he will not respond to any email you send him. I requested a
refund in the last email and of course he did not respond to that either. I
am disputing the charge with my credit card company. He charged $249 and
provides zero service for that. It is obscene.
Do not pay him anything unless you have $249 to throw out.
He used to offer a service. But at this time it is only a charge and he does
nothing else but send a pre-prepared report on the type of car, information
one can easily find online. I wanted some personal guidance. He never even
responded to anything.

buy rate in your price of each that you get. If it's the cheapest and the
lease is based on something else then the information will be misleading.

understand any of it. Can't see differences in dealers bec can't understand
what it is saying. Help!

You did not respond to my request for help three days
ago.  Hiring you seems to have been a
waste of money.
You were much more there for me three years ago when I
hired you for much less money.
Your quality of service seems very diminished. I had
told you I was learning disabled and don't do well with written reports.
You did not get back to me and never explained anything
verbally as I needed.
Most important, I asked you to find out if they use the
buy out rate in a lease. You did not do that as far as I can see and did
not even respond to that request. This was a total waste of money. I am so
disappointed.
I would like a refund.

You have not responded to even one of my emails. I wrote
that I needed assistance understanding your report. You were so helpful
three years ago. But at this time I feel I threw my $249 away for you were
not help at all.
I don't know your level of integrity at this time for
you really gave me no service. Perhaps you have a personal problem keeping
you from your work. You wrote in the email that you can be contacted by
email but you did not write that you will not respond to any of the emails.

In light of the fact that I never got a response from
you, I will be putting reviews of this experience online, Angies List etc
as I did the first time I used you but these will be quite unfavorable.
I would refrain from that if I got a refund. But since
you have not responded to ANYTHING you likely will not do that either.
I will wait for 24 more hours to put the unfavorable
reviews up. If I get refunded by then I will just forget it. But if not,
then I need to express my great disappointment in some way.
 
In Summary
Car to Finish never responded to anything. only
conversation was his taking my credit card information. that was the last
I heard from him.

He later sent an email that he did not receive my emails. But I got no mailer demon or any notice of that and I sent the emails to his email address from which he sent me emails.

Mike from Car to Finish was very professional in working with me to purchase two of my Acuras.  He assisted me with reviewing the options the cars came with, so I could make an educated decision on what additional items I might or might not want.  He explained their process to me and explained  why I might want to buy in the state I live in even though I don't live that far from another state.  He was willing to work with dealerships in the other state if that is what I wanted.  Once he had called all of the dealerships and worked out a price with most of them, he called me back with the prices and any specifications the dealership might have.  For one of my cars, the dealership with the lowest price was only had two colors on the lot, so if I wanted a different color, I would have to pay more.  For the other car, a dealership further away (40 miles away) was $500 less.  Up to me, buy closer and pay the additional $500 or go further away and save money.  I believe for both cars, I received the best possible deal one could get for the cars.  Also, by using Car and Finish there is no haggling you have to do.  No dealerships call you after you leave there...one gets the idea.  The cost of their service was nothing compared to the deals I received and the time I saved.































































































































To any future car buyers, I highly recommend you use Car to Finish.

There are two ways to buy a new car: Random selection or by using From Car To Finish.  With the former, you just take your chances, roll the dice, and hoping the price you're offered "sounds about right."  With the latter, you get about as many facts as you can handle, including extensive details about the vehicle you're looking for, accessories, and details on how to go about evaluating prospective vehicles.  Most importantly, and for a very modest cost, they provide you with pricing offers from numerous dealers in your greater metro area.   It is in this area that FCTF excels.  Recently, I had the good fortune of using From Car To Finish's service, and was amazed at the savings I ultimately achieved.  I was looking for a Lexus ES350, and was quoted what I thought was a great price at the time-- just $695 ABOVE invoice.  The price seemed fine, but after receiving my From Car to Finish report, I was amazed to see quotes of up to $2500 BELOW invoice.  By using the From Car to Finish report, i found I could save over $3000!  Thanks to the rough estimates From Car to Finish provided on my trade-in, I was also able to get a bit more for it then I had been previously quoted.There's no way I'm ever going to buy another car without first working with From Car To Finish.PS:  The owner, Mike Rabkin, is a fountain of information.   Along the way from investigation to purchase, I had the great pleasure of discussing several purchase-related issues with him.  Each and every time we connected, he took the time to share information from his encyclopedic knowledge of the industry.  I felt extremely well informed after our many conversations, and am really enjoying my new car.  Well done, Mike!
