Very professional. I was just amazed at the two men that laid the floor. Now we found two gaps and they came back few weeks later and no problem and they fixed it. I was shocked they could fix the little gap in a floor that had been laid two weeks prior not a problem. They said call us if you have any other problems and we will come out and fix it. They were very great. Its an engineered flooring and they had to glue it down to a concrete floor base. I was very upfront with Floor Gallery and I said it is asbestos tile on top of the concrete. He says not a problem. I said does it need special glue and they knew what kind of glue to use not a problem. The two men very extremely professional. You cannot tell out of glance that it is an engineered floor at all.

.After spending a considerable time, my designer and I settled on a flooring choice. We were not told at the outset that it was the most expensive flooring in the shop. Only after someone came out to measure was I informed that the product was made in England and would take 3-4 weeks to obtain. After 4 weeks I called Floor Gallery and they said they would get back to me. I was given another date- it hadn't even shipped yet. After another wait, I had to call again. This time I was told that it would be another TWO MONTHS!! So- it will be 4 months total- if it even comes then. It was very disappointing that this info was not offered at the beginning and that I had to repeatedly call instead of them following up. I still have no floor.

Floor Gallery did alright. I liked that they got the job done quickly. They are good, my wife says.

This was part of a kitchen remodel. I demolished the kitchen and installed the cabinetry on my own and subbed out the floor install to Floor Gallery.
The estimator came out at the agree upon time and was able to provide a price quickly. He encouraged me to demolish the old tile floor (instead of paying his guys to do it) and provided very clear directions on the subfloor that I had to install under my cabinetry to allow expansion and contraction of the new floating bamboo floor.
Installers were prompt and courteous and did a great job.
It is now a year later and I have had no problems with the product or installation.
I would definitely use them again.

They did excellent work. Everything they did was great. Now, a year and a half later, we have a loose tile. I've tried to contact them and they've promised to come out twice and have yet to come out. They gave us a 2 year warranty with the job so we're still under warranty.

They were very professional, very knowledgeable and very careful. They did a little bit of design work in the molding. They just really did a good job of matching the molding to the cabinetry and an excellent job on the trim work. A really neat job. I would absolutely use them again.

MR KLIEN WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND ANOTHER GENTLEMAN BY THE FIRST NAME OF CHRIS WAS "JOHNNY ON THE SPOT" WHEN MATT WAS NOT IN THE STORE. BOTH MADE IT A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE TO DEAL WITH THEM. I LOOK FORWARD TO USING THEM THE NEXT TIME WE DO FLOORING IN OUR HOUSE.
