Bob was very professional and did a very nice job extending our current AC system to the second floor. It works and looks great (so far - he finished only yesterday), and he left the area nice and clean after he was done. He did come a day later than it was scheduled though, and he was late by a couple of hours both days he was working. He did call to notify me every time. The price was right, and he provided free estimate, but work overall took longer than we expected.

According to another professional, they never  installed the humidifier and when I called them about it at first they were very nice but then wanted to charge me to come out and it got unpleasant. My mistake was that I should not have had anyone else look at the system. If I had not I would have taken them to small claims court.

I know the work was outstanding as they left my house feeling good and cool. If I can remember right, I think that their price was typical as it wasn't extraordinary or anything like that. I'll go with them again in the future.

WE'VE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND GENERALLY HAVE POSITIVE EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. REPAIRS ARE GENERALLY MADE ON THE FIRST CALL. THEY'RE ESPECIALLY GOOD AT EXPLAINING HOW TO USE NEW SYSTEMS.

INSTALLATION WENT OK, BUT SALES DID NOT ENSURE THAT I RECEIVED THE REBATE. FOLLOW-UP ON A RE-CALL BY APRILAIRE HAS BEEN ALMOST IGNORED.
