Title Companies, Mortgage Companies
It has taken this title company over 9 months to provide us with our deed to the property purchased May of 2010. In addition to their negligence, in November of 2010 I received an email from the owner of the company, Dan Kotz, where he makes an insulting discriminatory verbal infraction against us, without ever having met us in person. I have a copy of that email if you should need it for your records.

My overall experience with them was great. It was an extremely easy, convenient and fast process. They even brought the paperwork to my house in the evening, so I didn't even have to go to their office. I would definitely use them again in the future.
