I pretty much the person that came out to work with me was very professional, they came, they were very punctual they sat down and gave me all options that was needed and what they suggested were to improve the issue I would say that particular claim went well and I did the feed back in on the service that I needed I really don't have any complaints with that particular one at all.

The turn around as far as getting the vendor to come out and do the service. Overall I find it's a good experience I feel that the amount that I pay for my service is within my economic standings so base on that, that's good, overall I haven't had any complaints but one so and I have been using them for now nine years.

We've had a contract with First American for the last 8 years; the first few years we were really happy with the service.  They employed a lot of local contractors, family companies with good reputations.  The copay for all services was $60.  The customer service was friendly and accessible.
The last few years, it feels like there was a change in management.  The contractors they employ are from larger companies, they are very hard to reach when you have a question and their service is not prompt.  We had a situation where our heater stopped working and they were not able to repair it for a week and a half.  This was during the dead of winter - when we expressed our concern that it was 25 degrees outside and 50 degrees in our home; their solutions was that I could buy a space heater and they would reimburse me.  
The delay in fixing the heater was the bureaucracy of the system; first they committed to replacing our heater, then they were going to fix the part, then replace it, then fix it...there was a seven day delay before they made a decision (while my family was freezing).
