He is a contractor. I have called him and talked to him. I have called a grout guy and two guys , they both said that there is problem that if they take out the grout, it will be problem for tile whatever is on the tile and on the grout. so they cant remove the grout. so I called someone to just remove it but no one wants to remove it. The contractor that laid the titles told it is done by water but there was something in the grout. It actually made holes in my socks. I had it cleaned twice. When I go in the bathroom my eyes and throat start bothering me. So i cant use the bathroom. I tried the environmental protection agency and they only cover things outside. So I don't know what to do at this point. I shouldn't have to pay $3000 for a bathroom tile job that I can not use. I told the contractor the next day when the grout dried that the grout is pink and he said its well in variations. But when I tried to paint the room I got holes in my socks so I waited ten  days and tried to use tide detergent on it and I steamed it like four times trying to clean it up but it was still a problem. Then I had a professional tile cleaning company come out and they pressure wash it and I still have the problem. The grout is still pink when it is wet. So when I had all my carpets cleaned because I thought all the gut was trapping in the carpet and causing me eye infection. It has been a night mare for me. Mosaic tiles recommended me these guys and I trusted them. I thought it was defected grout but it was not. I have also emailed the contractor saying that the grout is a problem and he kept saying that he wont change the grout or tile and I think at this point the whole floor have to go even the dry plywood underneath. I will say that the wall and the glass in the wall is very nice and I am happy with that but the floor issue. The contractor tile mechanic have never worked with this type of grout. It dries pretty quickly and they assured me that they have worked with there is epoxy grout which is stain resistance. He was recommended by Mosaic tiles and he said the contractor was their employee since 12 years. I think it was his tile mechanic. The floor is a serious thing for us. My son and husband both have sore throats and dry cough all the time and I have this on going eye infection that goes one and I take antibiotics for it. My eye doctor said it is something in the house. It has been a year and half and it is still effecting us. That doesn't seems normal. I think its toxic issue. The wall is beautiful and the glass is fitted nice. There is no sign of grout on my walls. When I go in to clean the bathroom I get skin discoloration, I got brown patch on my knee and it is not going away. They were not cheap and they were a bit high in the bid but I looked at the work and I choose them. They are not very professional as they are not resolving my issue. I have no concern about punctuality.

Although Damien Jones' talent at designing tile installations is substantial, he failed to appear for two scheduled appointments. The first time he contacted me to apologize and re-schedule; the second time he did not appear, did not contact me, and did not respond to my communications.
