"We are happy to respond to your false and wrong accusation. First to clarify a few things; when you called our office to complain about a missing cologne bottle ( $165 cost ) we checked with our guys that were there on the move date and none of the guys knew what we were talking about. We called and apologized to you and explained the insurance you have on file. $0.60 cents per pound per article ( $50 maximum ). We also offered you $100 as compensation to make things more clear and satisfying. Another thing to clarify you did not give a tip to the guys, which is another lie from you. We at Excalibur Moving and Storage are doing our best to satisfy our customers and we are dealing with 100 customers per month. We are also doing our best to provide top-notch services we will continue to do so. We are sorry things happen during the move, after all, we are human we feel bad about customers trying to hurt our company and not solving the issue in the right manner."

"First I would like to thank you for the fair feedback. Second, i would really like to apologize for the number of hiccup occur during the move. This feedback came as a surprise for us because we really thought that your move went smooth on all aspects, especially when the final price was lower then the estimate and there were no damages. Please allow me to explain myself about the hiccups occur during your move process: * Travel time - It is not our intention to jack up the price at all. I am not sure at what point you though we are doing that. * Boxes Marking - We guide our movers to simplify the marking because it will take a lot of time to mark the boxes in a detailed way. We guide our movers to be as professional as possible but also efficient and quick in the same time. We understand that it just doesn't work all time so smoothly. * The closed door that got opened - You are absolutely right with this issue and I am very sorry about it. it happens for movers sometimes because of a combination of a large home, long day and hot weather. Either way, there is no excuse and I apologize for that. We take feedback's very seriously and learn from them, because we care about our reputation and because we want to built a strong relationships with our customers. I really hope that if you ever in need of moving services in the future, you will consider using our services, I can promise you that you will not experience the above issues or any issues on your next moving process. Customer was aware of the additional fuel charge before reserving the move with Excalibur. We appreciate and thankful for the tip the you gave our crew, it was completely your decision to do so.
