Eugene presented me with a bill for $250.00 - there was not brake down of charges. I asked the cost of the home depot light and was told the cost was $60.00. After the check was written I requested the receipt from Home Depot it showed a cost of $37.07 - he then quickly left without providing a receipt for payment. I called him and requested the receipt he told me he would bring it next time.
