I’m fixing another plumbing leak as I write this review. FYI, hots on the left and colds on the right, I hope you get it correct at some jobs. It yo quote a door replacement, please provide that replacement! If your inferior product choices require support, please provide them. Please don’t argue that a vanity top out of level 1/2 inch in 36inches is to standard.

Everything went very smoothly.  The project was completed on time and on budget.  We were extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Our remodeling experience was a joy! The work was begun while we were away on vacation. When we arrived home both bathrooms had been gutted and we were spared the mess that goes with removing the debris. Workmen arrived promptly each morning and worked consistently throughout the day. They cleaned up at the end of each day and we always had access to at least one bathroom. As the job progressed, we were consulted on possible changes to consider. We did change the bathtub enclosure and were delighted with the finished product. We did have a problem with our shower door, but it was fixed by the installer within h a day and we have not had any subsequent problems. I would recommend anyone considering a bathroom design or remodel to consult with Eric B Home Improvements.

I enjoyed their promptness. They gave me a time frame when they were going to come out and they were done within a week. They had everything organized and together, so the cabinets, the vanity tops, the toilet, and everything one is going to need to service the room was there and available to them, nothing held them up. So when they came, it was a go. I loved their service but my husband didn't like some things but it was not them but it was something that we weren't used to. Right now, they use a lot more acrylic than steel and maybe that helps them keep the cost down. The floor pan of the shower stall shifted little bit initially with our weight, I don't know if my husband still feels that so that was what he was not happy about. Our home is thirty-one years old and it had a metal pan before, so this has a different feel. They also had a designer that thrilled me because I wanted someone to tell me what is good. I wanted something that anybody could walk in and like so I liked having the thought that they have designers as well. However, if one is not crazy about a piece that the designer picks, one needs to bring it up and that is what I really liked about the designer woman I worked with, within them. She told me the pros and cons of a certain idea or image, when we talked things and I liked that a lot. It was a full service. We interviewed a lot of people and they were telling me to go to the stores and see what I liked. However, if they didn't know the details and if I had to keep picking things out, I would not have liked that. I would rather prefer having someone that was very open and told me no, that will not work or this would. I just liked the fact that they had someone that guided me from the get go. Everything was in place and each step just flowed. I had other companies that immediately quoted me $20, 000 and I had not even picked the things out yet, so I found that a little bit insane, especially when it was a small bathroom.

It was a very good experience. The workers were nice, clean, and efficient. They completed the job quickly and did a good job at that.

We did our homework. We briefly spoke to a dozen contractors at home shows and selected four for more serious interviews. Mattie impressed us from our first meeting with her at a show. We still did due diligence in requesting detailed estimates from four builders , three of them well known in the area. One never showed, one was far too vague as to what he would provide. We had two serious and worthy finalists with little price difference between them, both with excellent references. The choice boiled down to design specifics. Mattie Benatar had excellent and specific designs. She had a conference with us at her office to show us samples with her ideas which she developed after her site survey. We had a far more detailed conference upon contract signing. We could see the tile she had in mind, the vanity and fixtures. Her nearest competitor, with solid references, only showed us photos of past work, did not request a conference and was tardy in her submission of estimates. Mattie worked in the design phase with the confidence that she could come up with the better plan...and she did! She was flexible in that we had sufficient floor tile left over from a kitchen project which involved some very expensive Travertine marble. She worked it into her design. We also had a high end Kohler commode to be included in the plans which my wife won at a home show (a hilarious story in its own right...engage Mattie and she will share it with you.) She had references who were golden, one turned out to be a family I had coached with (or against) years ago when our kids were in youth sports. They were so proud of Mattie's work they invited us to see the work Eric B did on their home. So, in the end the choice was pretty easy for us to make. To our surprise, Eric B Home Improvement, was able to start almost immediately. We had planned for work to start sometime after we had returned from a planned trip. Mattie made the excellent suggestion that since the plans were finalized, that they do the demolition work while we were gone and finish the hall tub so it was ready for our use when we returned a week later (we had the use of a basement lavatory, but no shower.) That was a brilliant suggestion and we appreciated the ability to shower each day. While we understand the potential for a renovation such as this to disrupt life (we had a total kitchen redo - before we knew about Eric B - a year earlier and we were delighted with that firm) we knew that demolition and redo can be disruptive even with the best contractors. When we returned from our trip, we were delighted to see that all our carpeting abutting the work area and beyond had plastic protection. Our furnishings were covered with tarps every day, and cleared so we could use them at night. The two workmen who did most of the work were there EVERY day...you could set your watch by their arrival. Mattie was there also EVERY day, usually late mornings, to check on her men's progress. She was able to suggest a few mid-course changes, chief of which was the addition of a glass bathtub enclosure which would show off the beautiful tile work. The entire project took three weeks (one, as mentioned, when we were not here.) My wife and I are both retired so we typically are home every day. Aside from expect dust from such a project and a little noise, also expected, We had really minimal interference to our daily routine. While her two primary workmen on our project were highly skilled, I believe that Mattie's hand's-on approach and close supervision of the work, combined with her own design skills were what made this project the success it was. We also loved that throughout the project Mattie treated us as a friend. Now we just have to find some other project they can do for us.

They are very, very fast. They redid my entire kitchen in a week and one day. They are extremely clean. They came on time every day. I was very happy with them.

I recently had work done by Eric B Home Improvement. We had two leaks in our bath room and no one was able to find the problem. My family room was gushing water on two separate occasions. Eric opened my entire ceiling and climbed up and dug in there until he found the problem for himself. He went to the root of the problem. Once he repaired the leak, we renovated the Master bath room. Eric used a special dry wall that I had never seen before. It was water resistant. Eric used the finest materials BEHIND the walls. I was impressed because this is an area where contractors usually skimp as you cannot see what is behind a wall. I decided to do additional work with this company and have Eric B Home improvement redo my second bath room dry wall and tub tile and renovate my powder room. I felt that I wanted to invest the time to write about Eric B Home Improvement. From the moment I began to work with them, they were reliable and prompt. They completed all work on time and within my budget.

I liked everything about them. They were professional and did the work quickly. Their price was reasonable and their workmanship was awesome.

He was an amazing contractor to work with. He did a total kitchen remodel in 8 days for me with custom cherry cabinets, hardwood floors, and granite counter tops. They made the cabinets themselves so if there were any issues there was no delay in getting them fixed. He is a contractor who does not believe in problems, he finds a solution and gets the job done correctly the first time! He did such a good job on my kitchen I had him redo my office. It was a wonderful experience with a true master craftsman!

The designer had good suggestions and seemed to understand what I had in mind. But when I went to their office to see samples, I was very upset to find no one there and the place looked unused. I had come a day early and they had recently moved. But I felt worried. However when the workmen actually came they did a great job. They were there when they said they would be and cleaned up each day. They were careful moving all that stuff up narrow stairs. I wanted a cabinet called a toilet topper placed over the counter instead. They made it work and I think it looks good. Mattie called each day after they left to see if I had questions. I am very happy with the results.

It went great! I called them and within the week they came over to take a look and with in a few days we had an estimate. Once I called to accept their estimate we got started right away. Mattie and I spent an entire weekend shopping for materials, colors and styles that I liked. When I didn't find exactly what I wanted she had no problem going to several different locations and going back and forth to different stores. They always showed up on time and left exactly when they said they would. It was very important to them that they did not interfere with our family life. Each employee was very professional and considerate. It was not easy working in our home since we had a 2 year old and a dog. Mattie called every day to make sure everything was going how I expected. They finished in a very timely manner.

We would like to thank Eric B. Home Improvement for a job well done on our kitchen and baths. As you know home remodeling can be tedious when working with contractors and suppliers that do not keep their word. We can truthfully say that was NOT the case with Eric B. His workmanship was impeccable simply a true professional. The end result is luxurious and easy to look at. We receive many compliments from our friends and family on our remodeling. I'm happy that we used Eric B. because he really cares about his customers.

Eric B Home Improvement is the most professional Home Improvement Company I have ever dealt with. This company is expert t every skill associated with home construction and renovation. Eric B Home Improvement gave my wife and me great confidence in their abilities, and feeling of satisfaction and comfort that they would fulfill all of our needs. Eric is not only a consummate professional in everything he does, he also exceptionally honest and forthright. For example, I wanted to move the toilet to the other end of the bathroom. He could have insured me that he could do it at the outset and secured the contract, but he was frank and candid when he recommended against it because of structural complexities. Eric had been forthright on several other instance when my desire were not possible or, if granted, would eventually result in my unhappiness and , worse, a threat to our safety and well being. Eric was not just honest in his assessments, he was quick to offer alternatives. I, therefore, had choices and was not left grasping for solutions. It was obvious that Eric B Home Improvement and his capable crew took pride and delight in their work, insuring that each step of the renovation and painting was a work of art. And when my wife and I saw the final result of his and ldquo;Master Piece,and rdquo; he was just as delighted as we were. Mattie was equally as professional and gifted with a sense of detail as Eric. She was always available for consultation, and responded immediately whenever we left messages for her while she was engages with another client. Mattie was very thorough in assuring that the plans drawn up met our approval and that we, the client and they, the constructors were on the same and ldquo;sheet of music,and rdquo; so that mistakes would be negated before any work commenced. Mattie was patient in doing what she does for all clients in helping them select paints, materials, and fixtures. Eric did a great job remodeling our kitchen, bathroom and replacement of our floors and painting of our entire home. Eric B Home improvement made sure that our thoroughly renovated home was clean and in and ldquo;Turn Keyand rdquo; condition, ensuring beforehand that furniture and precious objects were safe from damage. Finally, while Eric and Mattie were at all times professional and business and ndash; like in their dealings with us, they were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and fun to be around. We got our money's worth!
